We carry out full cycle design: from concept development to complete equipment and project and contractor management. We take care of all the worries.
As a result, you get a finished product - a complete interior, not a set of pictures and drawings.
We have been implementing interiors in the premium and business segments for more than 15 years, and during this time we have developed an optimal and convenient process for working on projects.
- Preparation of technical specifications
At the first meeting, we discuss your preferences for the functional content and style of the interior, expectations from the future interior and individual lifestyle features. The overall budget is also discussed at the beginning of the project. The result is a detailed technical and style assignment.
- Measurement and layout options
We carry out measurements using modern laser equipment, followed by the construction of an accurate three-dimensional model of the property. Based on this model, several layout options are developed, until the appropriate one is approved.
The result is an accurate model of the apartment and a thoughtful layout of the space.
- Conceptual proposals and sketches
Based on the approved layout, we offer sketches of the main zones, which reflect the style, atmosphere and mood of the future space.
Then we work out the rest of the areas in detail, based on real pieces of furniture and lighting that fit into the designated budget.
- Technical documentation and specifications
After the preliminary design is approved, the development of the technical documentation necessary for the error-free implementation of the invented interior is carried out. These are plans for the dismantling and installation of the inner walls, plans for floors, ceilings, electrics, water supply and sewerage, necessary wall elevations indicating materials, as well as drawings of individual products.
The result is clear documentation for contractors.
- Project implementation
After the delivery and signing of the project, we begin its implementation. During the entire construction, we carry out architectural supervision, complete and manage the project, including interaction with related organizations.
We consider the project completed when we hand over the keys to a completely finished new house to you.
The result is a complete, solid interior, made especially for you.
All our completed projects have been published in leading specialized media, which confirms their high quality and artistic value.
